How can you check the shipment status?

Note - applies to shipments sent until February 21, 2020. From February 24, 2020, shipments within the EU will be carried out by DPD couriers.


Shipments to Switzerland and Norway will be delivered by TNT.

To check the status of your TNT shipment, visit 

Then enter the number of your parcel in the marked field (1) (you will receive the number with the tracking link in the mail sent by us after posting the parcel) and click "SEARCH" (2).

After about 2-3 days from sending the package, a new package number assigned by the new carrier will appear in the search results (3), which means that the package is in your country. By clicking on the new tracking number a new window will open on the new carrier's page. After changing the language of the page you can track the shipment in your country.
